Nathalie is the charming manager and co-owner of the Spa and having worked as a qualified therapist for more then fifteen years, with an international background in various treatments; she is the ideal person to have in charge. Her fiancé Ben is the much needed behind the scenes person highly involved in the day-to-day running of the Spa. Ben is also heading the team behind Personal Touch Nature Products ensuring high quality 100% natural skin care products are used in the Spa. Together they own The Personal Touch; the company involved right from the beginning and in close partnership, they have built this unique Bush-Spa.

All the staff takes great joy in presenting the Bush-Spa’s list of services and treatments and giving their advice when requested. And it’s all done with a warm smile. The friendliness and professionalism is echoed throughout the Spa. It is no hollow claim that “service” is its forte and the staff here would be hard to beat in this respect.

All therapists on duty have been carefully selected and received additional in-house training by the cautious hands and mind of Nathalie. Operating a Spa in the bush requires additional skills and different attitudes, not found in just about every therapist. To follow the company policy of providing income and opportunity for the local community, Nathalie prefers to work with Zambian therapists, all trained for the treatments on offer. She however herself is fully active as well, not wanting to let go of the love for the personal touch!

All in all, the Bush-Spa provides excellent treatments by well-trained staff, with quality products in the heart of the African bush. An environmental friendly Spa, as a company policy, we do not even bring any alien plants or flowers into the Spa, just to ensure the sustainability of the National Park. And the result is a totally natural experience.
