The Personal Touch is proud to offer a variety of holistic therapies in the Luangwa Valley, from a complete spa experience in our Bush-Spa, to a healing touch at our mobile, thus in-room massage therapies carried out in the privacy of your lodge’s relaxed and beautiful surroundings.
A blend between exotic, oriental and western techniques, all our treatments provide the ultimate feel-good therapy! Any of the below mentioned massage therapies are offered at most of the South Luangwa Valley’s main lodges, contact us for details or appointments or speak to lodge management.

A variety of choice with in-room Massage Therapies

Stress Relief Full Body Oil Massage
Combination of deep-tissue, Swedish and lymph drainage. Therapy can be adapted to meet your individual needs, be it strong and deep, or a lighter and more relaxing massage.Available as 1 hour or 1-1/2 hour sessions

Holistic Full body Massage using Herbal Oils
A truly holistic experience using pure aromatic plant oils, incorporating vigorous techniques. We make use of both oriental and western aromas and massage techniques. A fusion between west and east! Available as 1 hour or 1-1/2 hour sessions

Hot Stone Massage Therapy
Healing properties for both skin and muscles due to the use of specially heated basalt stones in combination with Swedish-style massage movements. Available as 1 hour or 1-1/2 hour sessions

Specialized Therapeutic Massage
Firmer massage than traditional Swedish or Aromatherapy with deeper muscle and soft tissue involvement. Available as 1 hour or 1-1/2 hour sessions

Zambian Foot Reflexology Massage
Firm massage with small tools being used to rub the sides and tops of your toes. Available as 1 hour session

Tension Combo; Back and Foot therapy
A combination therapy focusing on the main areas prone to tension. Available as 1 hour session

To complement your safari experience, we will come to your lodge for all therapies as mentioned above.
Currently we offer our in-room services at Mushroom Lodge, Robin Pope Safaris, Nkwali Camp, Norman Carr Safaris, Kapani Lodge, Chichele Lodge, Puku Ridge, Kafunta River and Luangwa River Camp.
With a minimum amount of bookings we are happy to travel deep into the heart of Luangwa and visit you at Lion Camp for a private retreat in camp.

Should you be residing at any of the other establishments in South Luangwa, please contact us, as we can always arrange transport to and from our Bush-Spa just inside the South Luangwa National Park.
Your reception or hosts can take bookings for any session with short notice, but try to give us a minimum of 6 hours. This is your true Zambian Bush-Spa Safari experience, offered with a Personal Touch!
